Refund Policy

All digital sales are final.
Our digital products, including study guides, cheat sheets, workbooks, practice question banks, simulation exams, printable templates, and bundles, are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Once a file has been downloaded or an access code, password, or online component has been issued, we cannot take the product back. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital purchases.
By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to your digital products and acknowledge that all sales are final.
Please review before you buy. Every product page describes what is included, what format it comes in, and which exam it covers. Sample images and previews are provided so you know what you are getting. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, email us at [support@madeeasy.academy] before purchasing and we will help you decide.
What we will always fix
We stand behind delivery. Contact us at hello@madeeasy.academy within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right if:

Your download link, access code, or password does not work.

You received the wrong product, or a file is missing from a bundle.

A file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open.

You were charged more than once for the same order.
The fastest fix is usually a resend or a corrected file. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we will refund that item.
When you contact us, please include the email address used at checkout, your order number, and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help.
What is not a delivery problem

Purchasing the wrong exam, the wrong product, or a product you already own.

Changing your mind, or no longer needing the material.

Not achieving a particular score or passing the exam. Our materials are study aids, and results depend on factors outside our control. Please see our Disclaimers.

Difficulty printing, or lack of software or a device capable of opening standard PDF files.

Deciding you prefer a different study method.
Coupons and discounts
Coupon codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot apply a discount retroactively or refund the difference on a completed order.
Purchases made elsewhere
If you purchased from a third party marketplace or retailer such as Etsy, Lulu, or another platform, that platform's refund policy applies, not ours. Please contact them directly for refunds, returns, and order issues.
Print books
Print books are produced and fulfilled by our print partner. Damaged, defective, or misprinted books are handled under that partner's returns process. Contact us and we will point you to the right place.
European Union and United Kingdom customers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14 day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By completing your purchase and downloading or accessing your product, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once delivery begins. This does not affect any statutory rights you have regarding faulty or misdescribed products.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We respond quickly and we would rather solve it directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access to our products being revoked.
