Before you email, this might be faster

Did not get your download? Check your spam and promotions folders first, and search for the email address you used at checkout. Most missing downloads turn up there. If it is not there, email us and we will resend it right away.

Access code or password not working? Make sure you are entering it exactly as printed, with no extra spaces. Codes are case sensitive. If it still will not go through, send us a screenshot and we will get you in.

Questions about refunds? Our Refund Policy covers what we can and cannot do. Short version: digital sales are final, but if a file is broken, missing, or wrong, we will always fix it.

What to include in your message To help us sort things out on the first reply, please include:

The email address you used at checkout
Your order number, if you have it
Which exam and which product
A short description of what happened, plus a screenshot if something is not displaying correctly

Bought from Etsy, Lulu, or another marketplace? Order, delivery, and refund issues for those purchases are handled by that platform under their policies, so start there. If it is a question about the material itself, we are glad to help.
Do not see your exam? We add titles regularly, and requests genuinely shape what we build next. Tell us the exam and the certifying body and we will let you know if it is in the works.
Buying for a program, school, or group? We work with instructors, programs, and study groups on multi copy and bulk orders. Email us with the exam, the format you need, and roughly how many students, and we will put together options.
Found an error? We take content corrections seriously. Send us the product, the page or question number, and what looks wrong. Corrections go into the next revision and we appreciate the catch.
Permissions and licensing. Our materials are licensed for personal study only. If you want to use them in a course, a program, or anything beyond individual use, email us and we will talk through licensing.
Press, partnerships, and affiliates. Same address. Put the topic in the subject line and it will get to the right place.
