Email address, and in some cases first name, when you subscribe to our list, request a free resource, or take our readiness quiz.
Name, email address, billing information, and country when you make a purchase. Payment card details go directly to our payment processors. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Quiz and assessment responses, including readiness quiz answers and scores, and simulation exam responses and results.
Anything you send us in an email or support request.
Information collected automatically:
Device and browser type, operating system, IP address, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and general location inferred from IP.
Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality, session management, and analytics.
Click data when you use one of our shortened or tracked links.

How We Use It

To deliver the products, downloads, access codes, and resources you request.
To process payments, issue receipts, and handle order support.
To send you marketing emails if you subscribed, and transactional emails related to your purchases.
To personalize resources, such as returning your readiness quiz results.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer such as a sale or merger.

If you purchase through a third party marketplace such as Etsy or Lulu, that platform collects your information under its own privacy policy, and we receive only what the platform shares with us.

Our site uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function, plus analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep purchase and transaction records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally at least seven years. We keep email subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep quiz responses only as long as needed to provide results and improve our materials.
